Our approach
We use a combination of expert Communications and IT consultancy
skills to deliver a complete solution capability.
The traditional approach to IT solution sales would be to
try and get as much of our own IT software and consultancy
into the solution as possible. We believe the world has moved
on and organisations we work with have already heavily invested
in their IT environment (software, hardware and people skills).
We look to leverage as much of this as appropriate to deliver
high value, fast turnaround, low cost and low risk projects.
We have found that a phased approach works well as it allows
customers to see the value and the full picture before committing
to move to the next phase. Because TigMap is modular (see
more on TigLets) we can tailor the solution as required.
Naturally, we also tailor the approach depending upon the
particular customer requirements and constraints.
Phase I - Proof of Concept:
Validate what is required, the potential benefits and the
costs involved. We work with your organisation to establish
which areas of TigMap could add most value. There are two
main deliverables from this phase.

Recommendations report - TigMap business case with benefits,
costs, risks, resource options and timelines.

TigMap Sandbox - we deliver a self contained version
of TigMap, with your own look & feel, with your own
data to allow you (& us) to demonstrate how this may
work. This allows users to immediately and easily understand
the potential value and opportunities for improvement.
Phase II - Pilot:
This phase allows us to pilot TigMap within a controlled
user group(s). We work closely with IT and the selected user
group(s) to prove how TigMap would be used. The main deliverables
from this phase are:

Pilot working system - TigMap is integrated to your
selected internal applications and data sources. This
also allows us to validate the benefits and possible issues
of a wider rollout.

User feedback - we work with the users to determine
their views.

Recommendations report - updated TigMap business case
with benefits, costs, risks, resource options and timelines
for full rollout.
Phase III - Rollout:
We work with you to enable full scale rollout. The main deliverables
from this phase are;
