TigAppraisal

The appraisal process within organisations is often dreaded by both employees and managers alike. Common problems include: the mad scramble to get information to support the actual appraisal; discovering that people who may need to be involved may have left or moved on within the organisation and realising that objectives should have been amended earlier.

TigAppraisal can improve the appraisal process by supporting the annual appraisal with quarterly (the actual timescale is defined by the organisation) reviews. It does not replace good line management, it supports it by automating some of the processes. TigAppraisal can help by:
