TigTalk
It’s a challenge for anyone who works in a large or
medium sized organization: who do I need to contact, and how
do I get through to them efficiently and in a way that allows
them to respond quickly?
Just adding new technology tools such as instant messenger
or collaborative solutions have not overcome people’s
overuse of email.
You need to consider a wider culture change and to really
understand how to get people to communicate effectively using
the most appropriate technology solution at that time.
Email is great in certain circumstances but terrible in others.
Using our wealth of communications experience we have analysed
how organisations are using email and identified a common
set of internal processes where email could be removed. We
then created a unique technology tool, Tigtalk, to support
the removal of this email and at the same time increase real
communication.
Tigtalk makes fundamental changes to the way people communicate
and provides a new communication tool that allows users to
reduce reliance on other tools such as email.
